The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Woolery T. Campbell has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Averna Morgan 21
months, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Woolery T. Campbell, as principal, and R.
L. Stewart In Penal Sum of $500 his surety,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Woolery T. Campbell will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
