The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, C. B. Logan has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Maggie Martin, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, C. B. Logan, as principal, and Farris
Hays and Joe Tignor his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sun
of $5,000 that the said
C. B. Logan will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
