GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Tilda Singleton has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Walter Martin age 11 Nettie
Martin age 9, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Tilda Singleton, as principal, and Irven
Napier his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in sum of
$300.00 that the said
Tilda Singleton will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
