GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Robert Martin has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Anna age 12 Harrie 10 Perry
9 and Bernis Martin 7, a Minor: Anna 12 Harrie 10 Perry 9 Bernis 7
NOW WE, Robert Martin, as principal, and R. H.
Amburgey & Irving Napier & W. R. Martin his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in sum of
Three hundred Dollars that the said
Robert Martin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
