GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, G. W. Kelley has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Dale Kelly age 13, Francis
Kelly age 11, Ernest Kelly age 9 yr, Olive Kelly age 6 years, Carlos Kelly age
4, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, G. W. Kelley, as principal, and John A.
Jones & W. B. Smith in Penal Sum of $2000 his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
G. W. Kelley will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
