    Whereas, Miles Jones has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Tina Jones 11 years old, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Miles Jones, as principal, and L.C. Slone & Thos Waddle his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Miles Jones will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
