The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Elisha Johnson has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Luther Johnson age 14 Coy
Johnson age 14 yr, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Elisha Johnson, as principal, and Miles
Bates & Henry Hall his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Elisha Johnson will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
