    Whereas, Nancy Johnson has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to John Johnson, Nancy Ann Johnson, Sam Johnson and Jackson Johnson, the Minors:  (blank)
    NOW WE, Nancy Johnson, as principal, and J.M. Baker her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Nancy Johnson will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
