Whereas, Stephen Adams has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Committee to Holly Ison, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Stephen Adams, as principal, and Floyd
Ison, surety his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in sum of $300 that the said
Stephen Adams will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
