GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Joseph Hughes has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ishmal Hughes age 17 Chester
Hughes age 14 Linzy Hughes age 12, a Minors: Rachel Hughes (Dec)
NOW WE, Joseph Hughes, as principal, and D. W.
Hays his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$50.00 that the said
Joseph Hughes will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
