GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Noah Bolen has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Orlena, Mitchel, Irving and
Allie Hix, a Minors: (blank)
NOW WE, Noah Bolen, as principal, and W.W. Wallen
in sum of $500 his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Noah Bolen will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
