GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, K.J. Day has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Madison Davidson heir of
Robert Davidson Decd and Herrman Hays Bertha Hays Boggs Hays heir of Caroline
Hays Dec, a Minor:
NOW WE, (blank), as principal, and (blank) in the
sum of Four hundred Dollars his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
K.J. Day will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
