GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John B. Smith has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Lulla Hall age 16 and Anna
Hall age 14 yrs, Minors: of Hazadore Hall (Decd) who Inharited
in the Estate of his mother Rebecca Hall and his sister Anna Franklin
NOW WE, John B. Smith, as principal, and Elijah
Hicks & H. C. Francis his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
Five hundred Dollars that the said
John B. Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
