    Whereas, Callie B. Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Lona Hale age 14 Hiram Hale age 13, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Callie B. Smith, as principal, and Robert Pigman his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Callie B. Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
