GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, A. J. Grigsby Sr. has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sidney Grigsby age 13 years, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, A. J. Grigsby, as principal, and J. D.
Sutton his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $1400 that the said
A. J. Grigsby Sr. will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
