Whereas, Hattie Grigsby has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Alpha Grigsby 9 years old
Hazel Grigsby 7 years old Audra Grigsby 1 year old, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Hattie Grigsby, as principal, and John
Sturgill, Hey Stugill, Elijah Combs his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $5000 that the said
Hattie Grigsby will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
