The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, W. M. Grigsby has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Jennie Grigsby age 18, a Minor:

NOW WE, W. M. Grigsby, as principal, and Lewis
Everage his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $1000 that the said
W. M. Grigsby will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
