NOW WE, W. M. Franklin, as principal, and Robert
Adams Sim Watts his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
One Thousand Dollars that the said
W. M. Franklin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
