GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Watson Franklin has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ettie Franklin age 12 Mattie
age 10 yrs Garland age 8 Corbet age 7 Claudie age 4, a Minor: of Watson
and Magarett Franklin Margaret Deceased
NOW WE, Watson Franklin, as principal, and M. F.
Kelley his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Watson Franklin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
