The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Becca Jane Fitzpatrick has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to children of Thos Fitzpatrick
decd, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Becca Jane Gayheart, as principal, and
John Sturgill her sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Becca Jane Fitzpatrick will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
