GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John Evridge has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to (Lucinda crossed out) Mallie
Evridge age 13 Calaway Evridge age 11 Corda Evridge age 9 Mary Evridge age 6, a Minor:
of Lucinda Evridge Deceased
NOW WE, John Evridge, as principal, and John B.
Smith (Major) his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the sum of $500 Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
John Evridge will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
