GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John Duke has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Elmira Duke (Back), a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, John Duke, as principal, and J. W. Duke his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the Penal
Sum of $500 that the said
John Duke will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
