The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Lucinda Alice Dixon has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ina Dixon and Arna Dixon, Minors:

NOW WE, Lucinda Alice Dixon, as principal, and W.
R. Combs her surety,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Lucinda Alice Dixon will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
