GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John Fouts has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sallie Cornett age 12, Gomer
Cornett age 7 and Estil Cornett age 4, Minor: Children of Riley Cornett
and Nannie Cornett Dec,
NOW WE, John Fouts, as principal, and H. C. Hall his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
John Fouts will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor
Children, in all
respects as required by law.
