Whereas, Ruthena Cornett has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Susie Cornett 19 yr, Melvin
Cornett 16 yr, Watson Cornett 14 yr, Denis Cornett 10 yr, Delmas Cornett age 8
Orpha Cornett 2 mo., a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Ruthena Cornett, as principal, and W. H.
Cornett & Curtis Pigman her sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$2000 that the said
Ruthena Cornett will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minors, in all
respects as required by law.
