GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Susan Cornett has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Martha Cornett age 20, Dan
Cornett age 17 years Cornelius Cornett age 14 and John Wesley Cornett age 12, a Minor:

NOW WE, Susan Cornett, as principal, and E. Hicks
and Faris Hays his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Susan Cornett will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
