GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, B. D. Martin has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Olline Cook age 6 years, a Minor:
of George Cook (Dec)
NOW WE, B. D. Martin, as principal, and Robert
Adams and W. T. Francis his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$2,000.00 that the said
B. D. Martin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
