The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Epperson Conley has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Delbert Conley age 2 years, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Epperson Conley, as principal, and Robert
Conley his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
--- will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
