GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Watson Franklin has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Loretta Combs age 13, a Minor:
Irabell Combs
NOW WE, Watson Franklin, as principal, and Robert
Adams & G. C. Smith his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the Sum of
Six hundred Dollars that the said
Watson Franklin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
