The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Ida (Co crossed out) Martin has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Maudie Combs age 12, Grace
Combs age 9, Gladys Combs age 7, Fonso Combs 18, Stella Combs 16, as Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Ida Martin, as principal, and R. H.
Amburgey his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $1000 that the said
Ida Martin will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
