GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Sarah Combs has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Otta Combs, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Sarah Combs, as principal, and Willie
Combs his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Penal Sum of
$1500 that the said
Sarah Combs will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
