The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, C. L. Napier has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Matilda Bell Collins age 15
Harret Elizabeth Collins age 12 Cindia May Collins age 8 George Washington
Collins age 6, Minors of George Collins (Dec) and his wife
Luella Collins (living)
NOW WE, C. L. Napier, as principal, and John W.
Combs in the sum of Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
C. L. Napier will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minors, in all
respects as required by law.
