GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John Banks has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Viola Collins, age 14,
Larence, age 13, Claude, 11, Clyde, 9, Charly, 7, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, John Banks, as principal, and Irving
Napier, J. B. Smith his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $1000.00 that the said
John Banks will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
