GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Canada Richie has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Liza Jane Collins, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Canada Richie, as principal, and Dial
Fugate his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky In Penal Sum of
$500, that the said
Canada Richie will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
