GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, G. W. Childers has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Herschel Childers and Nannie
Belle, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, G. W. Childers, as principal, and J. M.
Baker his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, sum of $1000 that the said
G. W. Childers will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
