GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, W. R. Bolen has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Alonzo Bolen 15 yr, Jane
Bolen 12 yr and Enoch Bolen age 10, as Minors: (blank)
NOW WE, W. R. Bolen, as principal, and Noah Bolen
and Tivis Bolen his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
W. R. Bolen will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
