GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Bennie Bolen has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Troy Bolen age 12 yr Ellis
Bolen 10 yr Virgie 8 yr Luis Bolen 5 yr, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Bennie Bolen, as principal, and Noah
Bolen and Tivis Bolen his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in Penal sum
of $300 that the said
Bennie Bolen will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
