GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
    Whereas, R.B. Tate has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian for the infant heirs of J.W. Amburgey deceased to wit: John C. Amburgey age 19 years Wm Amburgey 16 years old Susanah Amburgey age 13 years old Rosa B. Amburgey age 10 Henry C. Amburgey age 4 Hester Amburgey age 1 year old, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, R.B. Tate, as principal, and H.H. Francis Elihu Blair & J. T. Watts his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said R.B. Tate will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
