The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, A. W. Amburgey has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Denas Amburgey age 15,
Carlos 13, Clora 11, Arthur 9, Robert 7, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, A. W. Amburgey, as principal, and L. C.
Slone his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In Penal Sum
of $400 that the said
A. W. Amburgey will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
