    Whereas, Hendson Fitzpatrick has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Elizabeth Allen I.B. Allen, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Hendson Fitzpatrick, as principal, and Robert Conley his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Hendson Fitzpatrick will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
