Know all men by these presents.

That I Daniel Williams being of sound mind but feeble in health make this my will and testament to take affect at my death.

I will and bequeath to (?B...?) Draughon $100, Arthur Draughon $100 and Melda Draughn $100 to be paid by my children, they being children of Nannie Draughon my daughter.

Said amount of $100 each to be paid this out of my estate as they become 21 years of age.

This to be their entire interest in my estate as children of my deceased daughter, Nannie Draughon.

Given under my hand this Nov. 24 1918

I, Curtis Pigman, Clerk Knott County Courts do certify that this will of Daniel Williams was entered into probate and record on the 20th day of January 1919 and that I have duly recorded the same together with this the foregoing certificate in my said office.
