Know ye all men by these presents that I William H. Triplett of my own will and mind do hereby bequeath at my death all my property both real and personal to the following persons.
I bequeath to Minta Hunter, one white cow, bedstead their blankets and quilts, and mule and saddle.
To Troy Hunter the Morgan Baldridge pine ??? of lard and meats I may have and bedstead and their blankets and quilts.
To Alice Hunter one red cow ??? and one ??? bedstead and blankets and quilts for same.
To Mart Wicker, one note made by said Mart Wicker made payable to me, being of the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($350.00) Dollars and one tract of land described as follows.
Beginning on Mart Wicker line in the Coal Bank Hollow thence running a straight line with said hollow to the top of the hill to Martha Allen & S.B. Webbs line, thence with said Webb line to Biddie Triplett ??? line, thence with Triplett ??? Jones Fork Creek, thence with said creek to Mart Wicker line beginning, and Five Hundred Dollars cash if I have that much cash left.
To Rose M. Triplett all the land from Mart Wickers in coal bank hollow back to James Collins (?line?)
To Sallie Wicker one note made by her ??? of one Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) Dollars.
To Causby Hunter Lawson the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.
The residue of my estate to be divided equal among all my heirs.

In the matter of the Probate
of the last will and Testament
of William H. Triplett
This day came in open court T.J. Webb and Crockett Griffith who stated that the forgoing instrument this day filed for probate is the last will and Testament of William H. Triplett, that said will was written by T.J. Webb one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and that Crockett Griffith was one of the subscribing witnesses thereto that the same was signed by the Testator William H. Triplett in their presence and at his request was signed by them as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.
It is therefore ordered by the court that the said will be filed which is done and the same is probated as the last will and Testament of William H. Triplett, and the clerk of the Knott County Court is ordered and directed to record same as the last will and Testament of said William H. Triplett.
