IN THE MATTER OF THE PROBATION                : Order Probate.

OF THE WILL OF RUTHA REYNOLDS, Dec.

            Come to day Sarah Reynolds by her attorney and produced in open Court for probate and filed the last will and testament of Rutha Reynolds, deceased and it appearing to the court from the testimony of Wm. Howard and Mattie Pridemore and from the examination of the instrument itself, that the same is the duly executed published and declared last will and testament of the deceased Rutha Reynolds; it also appearing from the testimony of said witnesses that the said will was made, published and declared and signed by the said Rutha Reynolds in Knott County, Kentucky in the presence of the above mentioned Witnesses and theat the aforesaid, attesting witnesses signed same as such in the presence of the testator, Rutha Reynolds and at her request and in the presence of each other.

            Now therefore, it is ordered and adjudged that the said instrument be, and the same is now probated as the last will and testament of the deceased, Rutha Reynolds and the same is hereby ordered to be placed of record by the Clerk of the Knott County Court in a book kept for that purpose.

            It is ordered by the Court that Sarah Reynolds be and she is appointed Adminstratrix of the estate of Rutha Reynolds who deceased on the 10th day of February, 1917, she being present in open Court accepted said appointment and executed bond in the sum of $100 with Wm. Howard, her surety which bond was examined and approved by the Court and she was sworn as the law directs.
