LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Know all men by these presents that Huram Pigman of Spider, Knott County, Kentucky of the age of 72 being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last will and testament here on earth.
1st: I appoint Monroe Pigman my son of Rawl Mingo County, West Virginia my lawful executor without bond to look after my children Alma Pigman, Dalma Pigman, Juanita Pigman, Edna M. Pigman, and Oren Pigman of the ages of 11, 9, 6, 5, 2 to see that they are taken care of nor let starve and go naked and (?of?) ??? ??? the real estate I am willing to them for their support.
2nd: I bequeath unto my son and daughters, Owen Pigman age 2, Edna May Pigman age 5, Juanita Pigman age 6, Dalma Pigman age 9, and Alma Pigman age 11 all my real estate to be equally divided between the youngest five children or whatever number of these children that is living when said will is to be ??????????????????
3rd: I bequeath unto my son Monroe Pigman all the oil and gas in, under and upon said lands.
4th: I bequeath unto my wife Minerva Pigman five dollars and all my hogs.
5th: I bequeath unto my five little children above named my cow.

7th: I bequeath unto my daughter Dalma Pigman my horse (with blaze face) bob tailed also my saddle and bridle.
8th: I bequeath unto my daughter Lucinda Swisher five dollars to be paid out of my estate.
9th: I bequeath unto my daughter Maggie Anderson fifty dollars to be paid out of estate.
10th: I want all my just debts paid including all my burial expenses ???

In the matter of the probate
of the last will and testament
of Huram Pigman.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the evidence of W.B. Smith and H.G. Pratt that the deceased Huram Pigman

departed this life in the year 1928 domiciled at the time of his death in Knott County, Kentucky leaving as his last will and testament the above and forgoing instrument of writing which was this day filed in this court and offered for probate.
Whereupon came W.B. Smith and H.G. Pratt, two subscribing witnesses thereto and after being sworn stated that the instrument was and is the last will and testament of the deceased, Huram Pigman, and that the said Huram Pigman signed and acknowledged and declare the said instrument of writing as his last will and testament in the presence of the said subscribing witnesses, W.B. Smith and H.G. Pratt and that they the said subscribing witnesses signed and attested said instrument of writing as witnesses at the request of the said Huram Pigman and that he signed said writing in their presence and they signed said instrument in his presence and in the presence of each other.
Now therefore it is ordered that said instrument of writing is and the same is adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said Huram Pigman and the same is hereby admitted to probate as such and ordered to be recorded and admitted to record as the last will and testament of the said Huram Pigman.
