LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

J. H. JONES

In the name of God Amen know ye all me that I, J. H. Jones being weak of body but sound of mind ___ ___ Do make and declare this my last will and testament. After all my just debts are paid out of my personal property, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Hariett E. Jones ___ all my real estate together with the Black Mare ___ I now own and the two Milch Cows which I now own together with all the household and kitchen furniture. And I will forth that out of my personal property that may remain after my debts are all paid and the above deceased ____ that Percides Jones, John A. Jones have ___ of $25.00 each to make them equal ___ ___ and if there be not personal property ___ ___ ___ it shall be paid out of my real estate ___. Larury A. Jones Hamons, Margaret E. ___, William G. Jones and Percides Jones all the real estate I now own after my wifes dowerable estate shall have been payed off with all due regard to Quality and Quantity that the remainder of my real estate together with my wife's dowery be divided equally among Laura A. Jones Hamons, Margaret E. Jones, William G. Jones and Percides Jones that they may ___ own and share a like ___ to Quality and Quantity. And it my desire that it all remaind together and that my wife have the controle of it for the purpose of raising, educating, and maintaining them until they shall each come of age or marry. And I will to Sarah Francis Pigman, Thomas J. Jones, John A. Jones, Henry B. Jones John A. Jones have the real estate that I have heretofore given and conveyed to each of them as there full and complete share of my real estate. I will also that all notes, bonds, money, or divides of whatsoever character belonging to my estate after all the above and foregoing devises are all taken out and all my just and legal obligations be discharged be equally divided between Sarah Francis Jones Pigman

Julius A. Jones, Laura A. Jones Hamons, Margaret E. Jones, William G. Jones and Percides Jones and I hereby will and ____ T. J. Jones and John A. Jones my descents to carry out the provisions pf this  my last will and further suggest will ___ ___ ___ Henry Combs and J. T. Watts office with the County Surveyor of Knott County lay off and set a part to each of the above and heretofore named beneficiaries the parts I have Respectfully will to each of them. Given under my hand this 29 day of May 1894 in the presents of these witnesses.
