I Gabe Hudson of Hindman Knott County Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do hereby constitute this instrument of writing as my last will and testament hereby revoking all other instruments of writing heretofore made.
1st: I direct the payment of all my just debts and burial expenses out of my personal estate.
2nd: I hereby will and bequeath unto my dear wife Eliza Hudson all my real estate in Knott County on the head of Clear Creek and all my real estate in Knott County Kentucky and to include all my interest in lands in Knott County.
3rd: I also bequeath unto my deal wife Eliza Hudson all my personal property of any description which I may possess and own at my death.
Witness my hand this 4th day of June 1927.

This day came in open court IV Hudson and ER Messer who stated that the forgoing instrument of writing this day filed for probate is the last will and testament of Gabe Hudson the said will was signed by the Testator Gabe Hudson and in our presence and at his request was signed by said IV Hudson and ER Messer as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.
It is therefore ordered by the court that the said will be filed for probate which is done and the same is probated as the last will and testament of said Gabriel Hudson and the Clerk of Knott County Court is ordered and directed to record the same as the last will and testament of Gabe Hudson.
