Will of Sarah Hemphill, deceased
An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of Sarah Hemphill, deceased, was this day produced in open court by Charlie Hylton and offered for probate.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the evidence of Charlie Hylton and Adam Campbell and the written evidence of letters set forth in the hand writing of the deceased, Sarah Hemphill, departed this life on the 4th day of Jan. 1927, domiciled at the time of her death in Knott County, Kentucky, leaving said instrument of writing as her last will and testament.
The witnesses, Charley Hylton and Adam Campbell, after being duly sworn stated that they were well acquainted with the hand writing of Sarah Hemphill, that they had seen her write and had received letters from her at various and different times and that the said instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of the said Sarah Hemphill is all in the hand writing of the deceased Sarah Hemphill and that it is her last will and testament.
Wherefore it is ordered by the court that the said instrument is and the same is now ordered and adjudged to be the last will and testament of the deceased Sarah Hemphill and the same is hereby admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the deceased Sarah Hemphill.
