I J. H. Hall being in my right mind and ___ but that unto death do make this my last will and testament. First I give my soul to my creator. After the payment of my just debts, I will and bequeath every species of property that I have own including land, houses, and increases of my personal property of every description including debts of all kinds such as notes, land bonds and accounts etc to my beloved wife and children to be divided equally among them. I hereby appoint and make my brother Thomas Hall my executor and request that he see that my will is conveyed  ___ ___ ___ I do not ___
