Know all men by these presence that I Lucinda Cornett, widow of Green Cornett, deceased and the mother of the infant plaintiffs Orka Cornett 12 years of age, Wilson Cornett 10 years, Ray & Roy Cornett 7 years of age.
That I hereby renounce every term and all the will of my husband that he made on 22nd day of August 1923 giving his land and personal property to his children, William B. Cornett, Joe Cornett, James Cornett, Mallissa Maddin, John Cornett, Isom Cornett & Sid Cornett defendants in the above styled action and all persons are hereby warned that I claim nothing by reason of the will and do claim what I am entitled under the law as the widow of my deceased husband Green Cornett to wit ($750) worth of personal property that he had at his death and my right of dowry in his home farm on the head of Big branch and one half interest, the oil and gas (?land?) upon said farm, to with the sum of $37.50 per year.
