LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Know all men that I do truly give all real estate and interest in my home wherever situated unto my beloved wife Delphy Combs to have and to hold unto himself absolutely and do further give unto her all my other property including all money and debts coming to me. I declare this to be my last will in the presents of these witnesses

I Henry Combs Clerk of the Knott County Court do hereby certify that the written will is foregoing instrument of writing was this 16 Day of August 1899 duly presented in the county court and in open court proven to be the last will of G. W. Combs and that the same was by the court proven and received in my office and that the foregoing was on the 16 Day of August 1899 truly received in my office will trust foregoing as a true device in  my hand this 16 day of August 1899
